Step 1: Click the "Online Application to Join or Renew" below.

Step 2: When you SUBMIT the completed Application, it will show you a link to pay $15 with a Credit Card, Debit Card, or your PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a Credit Card or Debit Card.

When you complete submit the application and pay, you will receive your annual "Club Membership Card" in an email in a few days. Please save your "Club Membership Card" email to show, if needed, for discounts at our local bike shops or MVP Athletic Club.
Paid applications received after October 1 of any year will provide membership that expires Dec 31 of the following year.
